If prior to the expiration of the Initial Term, the Agreement is terminated by Contractor for anyreason, or by Company for cause, then in any such event, Contractor shall immediately reimburse Company for all Instructor Classes funded by Company, it being agreed that such reimbursement shall be in theamount of $1497.00 per Instructor Class. Company may deduct such reimbursement from any amountsthen due to Contractor. If Company terminates this agreement without cause during the Initial Term, or ifeither party terminates after the Initial Term expires, then Contractor shall not be obligated to make anysuch reimbursement.
